Rock Diary by Hedi Slimane

Yeah!!! Finally got my hands on Dior Homme's ex designer, Hedi Slimane's new photography book "Rock Diary" in a collector's box set.
This beautifully designed three volume-boxed set presents new photographic work by Hedi Slimane, the iconic fashion designer who, during tenures at Yves Saint Laurent and Christian Dior, has infused men’s fashion with an androgynous, rock n’ roll swerve…The first volume is an album of Slimane’s photographs of the Lollapalooza-esque three-day Festival Internacional de Benicássim on the East coast of Spain, the second is devoted to images of the new British and American rock scenes and the third contains essays on Slimane’s work by art critic Vince Aletti and music critic Jon Savage.

R.I.P: Randy Johnston

October 11th was a tragic day for Ford Models and the family and friends of Randy Johnston. The 20 year old model passed away on Saturday of unknown causes. The half German, half English model was discovered by Ford Models through a mailed in photograph. Johnston was the featured model of the 2007 Dior Homme campaign and will appear in November’s i-D Magazine with Lara Stone.

Brotzeit Contemporary German Bier Bar & Restaurant

H8, M9 & Kim having a late dinner cum drink at the newly opened Brotzeit Contemporary German Bier Bar & Restaurant at Raffles City.

H8 ordered the wonderful Bockwurst (smoked fine pork sausage with potato salad and sauerkraut) and a Paulaner Weissbier, the No. 1 Weissbier in Germany!!!!

M9 & Kim shared the crispy huge Pork Knuckle and down it with Paulaner Weissbier Dunkel and Paulaner Munchen Dark respectively!
